Requirements for Consular I.D.

 

The Consulate of Belize in Florida is now issuing identification cards. Acceptance of these cards at U.S. offices and other institutions are completely dependable on said offices and institutions.

 

Below please find the requirements needed to apply for an Identification Card. Carefully read the requirements and ensure that all the documents are in order prior to mailing your application. 

 

1. Copy of Belize Passport or copy of Original Belize Birth Certificate (A copy of an expired passport is           accepted when applying for a Consular ID).

2. One Passport-Size Photo.

3. Completed Application (Download Below).

4. $50.00 USD Fee in money order made out to Consulate of Belize in Florida.
