Requirements to obtain a Visa

 

Visa applications require prior approval from the Department of Immigration Services in Belize for citizens of certain countries (please see list below). 

 

Please note that as of May 23, 2015, holders of a valid U.S. Permanent Residency Card OR a U.S. Multiple entries visa no longer need a visa to enter Belize, including at the port of entry of Belize. 

 

If you wish to travel to Belize but reside outside of the U.S. and hold any of the below mentioned nationalities, you may apply directly to the Immigration Department in Belize at (501) 822-3860 or at any of the Belize Embassies located in your jurisdiction. 

 

**Cruise Passengers do NOT need a Visa to travel to Belize.
